Do my Cool Points expire?
Points don't expire while your subscription is active. If you cancel, your balance is held for 90 days. Come back within that window and they'll be waiting for you.
Why do the first three deliveries earn double points?
We front-load the points so your first free product reward arrives around delivery 5 (with a review and birthday bonus) instead of delivery 9. We know times are tough out there and we don't believ sleep should be compromised.
Can I really cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in your account portal in under 30 seconds. There's no phone call, no pop-up trying to talk you out of it, no cancellation fee. We'd rather you leave well and come back than stay and resent us
How does "refer a friend" work?
